BioNot too long ago I left behind a career in technology, which I loved to be a mom. "Parenting is a full time job," said Ayn Rand, " and mine is writing." I decided to give this new career a real shot. I found that it is rewarding and fun, with each day bringing more challenges and more joy than I ever thought possible.
I am an objectivist and live my life by the principles of Ayn Rand's philosophy. The things of utmost importance are reason, focus, self-honesty. I believe in the power of the mind above all else and a person's ability to choose. I like people who have similar core values to my own.
The community of my LJ friends has become a very comfortable place for me and I look for oppotunities to expand it to include more like-minded people who can impact my life in new and interesting ways.
